面向电子与通信工程专业硕士研究生的校企协同培养模式研究

Research on the Collaborative Cultivating Mode between School and Enterprise for the Professional Undergraduates Majored in Electronic and Communication Engineering

电子与通信工程专业硕士研究生的培养需要以电子信息产业需求为出发点,以培养工程应用型人才为目标,以服务产业和地方经济为宗旨。本文分析了电子与通信工程专业硕士研究生培养目标和专业特点,构建了针对电子与通信工程专业硕士研究生的校企协同培养模式。本文进一步针对校企协同培养模式进行了实践探索,结果表明校企协同培养模式不仅能够有效提升专业硕士研究生的综合能力,还可以有效解决电子信息行业快速发展过程中的人才需求问题。

According to the culnvanon of professional undergraduates who are majored in electromc and communication engineering,it aims at satisfying the industrial demands of electronic information,application - oriented training,and serving the local industry and economy. In this paper,the collaborative cultivating mode between school and enterprise was promoted based on the training objective and characteristic of the electronic and communication engineering. Then the mode was explored in practice,the result shows it not only can improve the overall abilities ofche undergraduate students,but also can solve the problem of rapid demand of talents.
