糖尿病焦虑患者的临床干预手段探讨

Diabetes Clinical Interventions in Patients with Anxiety

目的:探讨糖尿病伴焦虑患者的临床干预手段。方法:在中国知网全文数据库(CNⅪ)、中国维普全文数据库(VIP)、中国万方数据库检索糖尿病焦虑患者的临床干预手段并加以分析。结果:心理干预、健康教育、运动疗法及药物干预均能不同程度的缓解糖尿病焦虑患者的焦虑状况。结论:针对糖尿病焦虑患者,采用多种干预手段,能有效的缓解患者的焦虑情绪,有助于患者的血糖控制和疾病治疗。

Objective：Clinical intervention on patients with diabetes mellitus associated with anxiety. Methods： XI hownet flail-text database in China （CN）,VIP Chinese fiall text database （VIP）,China＇s ten thousand square database retrieval clinical.intervention of diabetes patients with anxiety and analysed. Results：Psychological intervention,health education,exercise therapy and drug intervention can ease of different level of diabetes patients with anxiety anxiety. Conclusions：Anxiety patients with type 2 diabetes,the use of a variety of interventions,can effectively alleviate the patient＇s anxiety,help glycaemic control and disease treatment.
