摘要 江苏科技大学于2011年提出的"卓越工程师教育培养方案"旨在培养全方位发展的海洋工程高级应用型技术人才。本文从工程实践能力和创新创业素质两方面,阐述了海洋工程卓越工程师培养的影响因素,提出了以层次分明的教学实验、实践和实习模块为基础,开展开放式教学,提高教师自身水平以及鼓励学生实践操作等改革措施,以进一步完善我国海洋工程技术人才的培养方案。 The plan of excellent engineers proposed by Jiangsu university of science and technology aims to cultivate advanced applicative talents who have strong innovative ability,computer application ability,basic knowledge and fundamental skills in ocean engineering.This paper describes dependence of the excellent engineers cultivation based on two fronts:engineering practice ability and innovative quality.In addition,some reform measures i.e.improvement of experiment and practice teaching modules,development of open-ended teaching,enhancement of teacher's own information level and encouragement of hands-on experiment,are proposed in order to improve excellent engineers cultivation plan in ocean engineering.
