新型人才培养对人才的创新意识和创新能力的培养提出了较高要求,创新来源于实践,在院校教学中,课堂教学是开展人才培养的主阵地。以《电路》精品课堂建设为例,阐述了课堂建设面临的问题和现状,分析了建设的几个必要途径,研究了精品课堂建设对创新能力培养的作用。

The power of innovation,fundamentally speaking,originates from practice.The new type of innovating talent training puts forward higher requirements for the cultivation of innovative consciousness and ability of talents.In the university personnel training＇s system,classroom instruction is regarded as the main position of education.This paper, taking the construction off＇circuit＂quality course as an example,expounds the problems and the present situation of the construction of the classroom instruction,analyzes the necessarily and the function of the innovation-oriented qualityclassroom instruction.
