民族高校生物技术专业学生综合能力培养的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice on the Cultivation of Students' Comprehensive Ability in the National College of Biotechnology

针对目前生物技术专业学生存在无法满足人才需求的状况,通过分析高校教育自身原因基础上,提出了在课堂教育的基础上,加强实践教学教育、社会教育、创新教育及素质教育,以提高生物技术专业学生综合能力的教学改革思想。以提高综合能力为导向的教育改革,是高校教育的目标,也是实现人才培养与就业"零距离"的根本途径。结合目前我校现有的统一规格教育模式,进行了分析,提出了以培养学生综合能力的教学改革思路,实践证明该教学改革对提升生物技术专业的水平,提高本专业学生的综合能力均有很好的效果。

Aimed at the biotechnology students are not able to meet the talent demand.Through analysis of its causes on the basis of university education,Putting forward based on the classroom education,social education and strengthening the practice of teaching,education,creative education and quality education,to improve the thought of teaching reform and students＇ comprehensive ability o~ biological technology to improve the comprehensive. Ability oriented education reform,higher education is the goal,is the fundamental way to realize the personnel training and employment of ＂zero distance＂. Combined with the existing school uniform specifications education mode for the analysis,put forward the idea of teaching reform to cultivate students＇ comprehensive ability,the practice proved their the teaching reform to promote biotechnology professional level. Improving the students＇ comprehensive ability has good effect.
