食管癌术后存活率及生活质量的相关因素分析

Analysis of the related factors in survival rate and life quality of postoperation esophageal cancer

目的探讨临床分期、淋巴结转移情况及术后化疗情况对食管癌术后存活率及生活质量的影响,提供临床参考。方法对2008年6月至2014年12月在我院胸外科确诊食管癌并行根治性手术治疗的病例进行跟踪随访,分析影响患者存活率及生活质量情况的相关因素。结果不同病理分期及淋巴结转移对患者生存率及生活质量具有显著影响(P<0.01);术后化疗与否对患者生存率及生活质量无明显影响(P>0.05)。结论对于食管癌患者应做到及早治疗,并关注术后患者生存率及生活质量。术后是否化疗有待进一步研究与论证。

Objective：To investigate the effect of clinical stage,lymph node metastasis and postoperative chemotherapy on the survival rate and life quality of postoperation esophageal cancer and to provide clinical reference. Methods：The follow-up of the esophageal cancer patients with concurrent radical surgery from June 2008 to December 2014 in our hospital department of thoracic surgery was done and the related factors in survival rate and life quality of postoperation esophageal cancer was analyzed. Results：The survival rate and life quality were significantly influenced by different clinical pathological stages and lymph node metastasis（P 〈 0. 01）. Postoperative chemotherapy had no significant effect on survival rate and life quality（P〉0. 05）. Conclusion：The patients with esophageal cancer should be treated as soon as possible,and focus should be laid on the survival rate and life quality of them. Postoperative chemotherapy needs further research and argumentation.
