NIHSS评分分组护理模式对脑梗死患者神经康复及生活质量的影响

Effect of NIHSS score and grouping nursing mode on the neurological rehabilitation and quality of life of patients with cerebral infarction

目的研究对脑梗死患者使用NIHSS评分分组护理模式后神经康复及生活质量的意义。方法选取2015年3月—2016年3月收入我院的脑梗死患者100例为研究对象,所有患者入院时均使用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评估神经功能损伤程度,并根据评分结果将患者分为试验组和对照组,进行分组护理,比较护理后两组疗效、神经功能和生活质量变化情况。结果试验组患者总有效率为96.42%,显著高于对照组的75.00%,两组相比差异具有统计学意义(χ2=9.497,P<0.05),表明NIHSS评分分组护理模式疗效较好。出院时,试验组患者NIHSS评分为(7.5±3.2)分,显著高于对照组(6.3±1.3)分,两组相比差异具有统计学意义(t=3.270,P<0.05),试验组神经功能康复程度显著高于对照组,表明NIHSS评分分组护理模式可显著改善患者神经功能。使用NIHSS评分分组护理模式护理后,两组生存质量评分与护理前相比均显著提高,且试验组分数显著高于对照组,两组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),表明NIHSS评分分组护理模式可显著提高患者生存质量。结论对脑梗死患者进行使用NIHSS评分分组护理模式护理,可减少并发症,改善神经功能,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To investigate effect of NIHSS score and grouping nursing mode on the neurological rehabilitation and quality of life of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods：100 cases of cerebral infarction patients were selected. According to（NIHSS）score results ,the patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group,and group nursing was investigated. Nursing effect,neurological function and quality of life changes were compared after nursing. Results：In the patients in the experimental group,the total efficiency was 96. 42% ,which was significantly higher than 75% in the control group,and two groups of difference had statistical significance（χ^2 = 9. 497,P 〈 0. 05）,indicating that the NIHSS score of grouping nursing mode had better effect. At discharge,the experimental group patients＇ NIHSS score（7. 5 ± 3. 2） was significantly higher than that of the control group（6. 3 ± 1. 3）,and the two groups had statistical significance（t =3. 270,P 〈 0. 05）,experiment group recovery of nervous function was significantly higher than that of the control group, showing NIHSS score grouping nursing mode significantly improved the neurological function of the patients. After using the NIHSS score of grouping nursing care model,two groups of activity,family role,thinking,emotional,social role,limb function of the score and nursing ago were significantly increased and scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and two groups of difference had statistical significance（P 〈 0. 05）,showing NIHSS score group nursing mode significantly improved the life quality of the patients. Conclusion：The use of NIHSS score in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction nursing mode can reduce the complications,improve neurological function,the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
