摘要
目的制备一种具有导电性能的硅橡胶/石墨烯复合材料。方法以高温热解石墨烯为填料,采用超声辅助溶液混合法将石墨烯分散到硅橡胶中,进而采用高温硫化的方式制备硅橡胶/石墨烯复合材料,并对其导电性能和力学性能进行表征。结果硅橡胶/石墨烯复合材料的渗流阈值为1.9 wt%,且其具有正向压阻效应。石墨烯的引入可显著提高硅橡胶的导电性和力学性能。结论目标材料有望用于防静电橡胶和电磁屏蔽制品,在医疗设备领域具有广泛的应用前景。
Objective:To prepare a kind of silicone rubber/ graphene composite with electrical conductivity. Methods:Graphene were produced via thermal expansion of graphite oxide. Graphene were dispersed in methylvinyl silicone rubber by ultrasonic assisted solution method. Silicone rubber/ graphene composites were successfully fabricated after curing. The electrical and mechanical properties of the composites were studied. Results:The silicone rubber/ graphene composites exhibited a percolation threshold as low as 1. 9 wt% ,and a remarkable positive piezoresistivity behavior. Both electrical conductivity and mechanical properties of the silicone rubber were significantly improved with the addition of graphene. Conclusion:The objective material is expected to be used for antistatic rubber and electromagnetic shielding products,and has broad application prospects in the field of medical equipment.
