摘要
基于我国汽车保有量的持续增加及二手车业务出现的井喷式增长现象,分析了我国二手车市场中存在的信息不对称、诚信缺失、政策法规没有与时俱进、评估水品参差不齐等系列问题,对我国二手车市场在"大众创业、万众创新"及"互联网+"时代如何发展提出自己的一孔之见,以期促进我国二手车市场健康有序地发展。
Based on the increasing ear ownership in China and the second-hand car business growth this paper makes an analysis of such problems existing in China's second-hand car market as information asymmetry, lack of credibility, lack of advancing policies and regulations and uneven assessment, and puts forward our own views on the development of China's second-hand car market in the era of "public entrepreneurship and innovation" and" Internet plus", in order to facilitate the development of China's second-hand car market in a healthy and orderly fashion.
