摘要
以兖矿集团万福煤矿主立井井筒掘进工程为依托,提出了新的井壁振动监测方案,并对井筒基岩段周边眼不同爆破方案下井壁的振动响应强度进行了分析。通过小波分解与Hilbert时频谱组合方法,采用db5小波将信号进行7层分解,对小波各层重构子信号进行Hilbert谱表征,揭示了爆破振动信号不同频带的能量分布特征。结果表明:切缝药包有显著的"减振"、"削峰"、"吸能"、和"移频"效应。
Depend on Yankuang Group main shaft driving engineering of Wanfu Coal Mine, we propose a new well wall vibration monitoring system, and shaft bedrock blasting vibration response under different contour hole blasting schemes is analyzed. Through the combination of wavelet decomposition and Hilbert spectrum method, signal is decomposed to 7 layers using db5 wavelet, the Hilbert spectrum characterization of each layer reconstructed signal is performed, and it reveals the characteristics of energy distribution of blasting vibration signals on different frequency bands. The results show that: the slotting cartridge has significant "vibration reduction ", "peak clipping ", "energy absorption ", and "frequency shift" effect.
