四川省高校青年体育教师生存状态的多维度研究

Young Sports Teachers' Living Condition of Multi-dimensional Research in Sichuan University

高校青年体育教师是高校体育教师队伍的中坚力量,承担着体育教学、体育科研、运动训练、社会体育服务、体育学科的创新与发展等重任,而青年体育教师的生存状态决定着这一群体的工作热情和学校体育工作的成效。为探究高校青年体育教师的生存状态,以四川省高校青年体育教师为研究对象,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法和数理统计法对四川省高校青年体育教师的生存状态进行多维度调查,调查结果显示:四川省高校青年体育教师男性人数比女性人数多,在职称和学历方面呈现"两头小中间大"的态势,以讲师职称和硕士研究生学历为主,这一群体的生存状态令人堪忧,呈现出工作种类多、工作任务重,工作时间长等特点,工作压力、生活压力、职业发展压力被青年体育教师誉为"三座大山",他们对工作现状、生活现状、职业发展现状的满意程度均低于基准线。针对四川省高校青年体育教师的生存现状提出切实可行的建议和对策,给四川省高校青年体育教师的发展提供帮助。

Young physical education teachers in university are the backbone of the college sports teachers, bear the sports teaching, sports scientific research, sports training,social services, such as the innovation and development of sports discipline, and the survival state of the youth sports teachers decides the working enthusiasm of the group and the school sports work results. In youth sports teachers of colleges and universities for the survival of the state, this paper takes young university physical education teachers in Sichuan province as the research object,uses the literature material law, questionnaire investigation, expert interview and mathematical statistics the survival status of young uni- versity teachers in Sichuan province multi-dimensional in- vestigation ,and the results show that the number of male young university physical education teachers in Sichuan province are more than women, in the title and degree pres- ents ＂two small middle big＂ state, give priority to with lec- turer title and a graduate degree, state of existence of this group is a cause for concern, presents the types of work more, work task, characteristics of long working hours, working pressure, life pressure, career development is known as the ＂three mountains＂ youth sports teachers, their working status, living status and the present situation of the career development satisfaction are lower than the baseline. According to the existing situation of youth sports teachers universities in the Sichuan province, this paper puts forward feasible suggestions and countermeasures, to offer help to the development of the youth sports teachers in colleges and universities in Sichuan province.
