头穴丛刺长留针法治疗血管性痴呆的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Long-time Scalp Cluster Needling on Vascular Dementia

目的:探讨头穴丛刺长留针法治疗血管性痴呆(VD)的临床疗效。方法:采用临床随机对照的方法将符合纳入标准的60例血管性痴呆患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用头穴丛刺长留针法治疗,对照组采用口服吡拉西坦治疗。治疗前、后对两组患者进行日常行为能力量表(ADL)及简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)测定,同时检测治疗前后血清T_3、T_4、FT_3。结果:治疗后两组患者MMSE和ADL评分较治疗前均有改善(P<0.05),且治疗后两组间比较差异显著(P<0.05);治疗组总效率为80%,对照组总有效率为66.7%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组;治疗后两组血清T_3、T_4、FT_3水平均升高,与治疗前比较差异明显(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:头穴丛刺长留针法能够有效改善VD患者的认知功能与日常行为能力。

Objective： To discuss the clinical efficacy of long-time scalp cluster needling on vascular dementia（VD）. Methods： 60 patients with vascular dementia were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was given long-time scalp cluster needling. The control group was treated with Piracetam. Activities of Daily Living（ADL） and Mini-mental State Examination（MMSE） were graded,as well as T3,T4,FT3 in serum were tested before and after treatment in both two groups. Results： Scores of MMSE and ADL in both groups were improved after treatment compared to those before treatment,and there was a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0. 05）. Total clinical efficacy was 80% in the treatment group,which was higher than that 66. 7% in the control group（P〈0. 05）. The curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than the control group. The levels of T3,T4,FT3 in serum were also significantly raised after treatment than those before treatment（P〈0. 05） in both two groups. Conclusion： Long-time scalp cluster needling on VD patients can effectively improve their cognitive function and daily behavior ability.
