《理瀹骈文》外治思想探析

《理瀹骈文》,原名《外治医说》,清·吴尚先著,"理瀹"是取"医者理也,药者瀹也"之义,"骈文"即对偶式的骈体文。该书理、法、方、药俱全,详细论述中医外治法的理论根据和具体治疗措施,是中国医学史上第一部内容丰富、效果显著、经济易行的外治全书。吴氏主张内病外治,并自创多种膏药,集外治疗法之大观,为中医外治体系的发展与成熟做出了卓越贡献,因此被后人誉为"外治之宗"。本研究从外治法的理论渊源、作用机理、辨证论治、三焦分治、针药相通等方面进行分析,总结归纳其独特的外治思想。

Li Yue Pian Wen is formerly known as Wai Zhi Yi Shuo written by Wu Shang -xian. It is the first comprehensive book on external treatment, with its rich contents, obvious effectiveness, and easy accessibility in Chinese medical history. It covers principles, method, recipe and Chinese medicine. The book provides theo- retical basis and specific treatment measures of Chinese medicine in full details. Wu Shang - xian advocated external treatment for internal diseases, and he produced a variety of plaster patches. He is known as the ＂External Treatment Ancestor＂ by later generations. This research discussed and analyzed Wu Shang -xian＇s specific thoughts about external treatment in terms of theoretical origin, action mechanism, syndrome differentiation, Sanjiao separate treatment, and the combination of acupuncture and Chinese medicine.
