浅析教学型五轴数控机床的发展前景

The Development Prospect of Teaching Five-axis CNC Machine Tool

数控机床加工技术目前已成为机械制造业的主流加工手段,但由于大型数控机床结构复杂、价格昂贵,现阶段国内机床制造业较少涉及到高校教学和企业员工培训方面等市场。本文以教学型五轴数控机床为研究对象,首先阐述了目前高校金工实习教学现状,接下来对该机床进行了介绍,最后提出了该种机床的发展前景。

The processing technology of CNC machine tool has become the mainstream manufacturing of mechanical processing industry, because the large-scale CNC machine tool is complex and expensive, at present, the domestic machine tool manufacturing industry is less involved the markets in teaching and enterprise staff training . In this paper, the teaching of five-axis CNC machine tools is the object of study, first of all . we expound the current situation of teaching practice in colleges and universities, next, it has an introduction of the machine, finally, it puts forward the development prospects of this machine.
