民族-国家是当代全球化背景下参与国际事务的主要行为主体,各人们共同体的划分及其划分标准的不一,是民族-国家在当代建构民族国家认同时所要面对的重要议题;从仪式、身份与文化建构的角度出发,族群不是一个固化概念和客观单位,它指涉行为主体的能动选择和"文化想象",这样的族群性及族群认同建构路径思考,对当代全球化背景下中国的民族-国家建设、建构民族国家认同具有重要参考价值;需要提及的是社会上诸多强加于少数民族身上的"刻板印象"的存在与和谐社会的发展理念格格不入,而且在我们这样一个统一多民族、多元一体的民族国家内部,该类观念的流行于世对国家稳定和政策执行都是极为不利的。
