基于增权理论的民族地区村寨旅游发展研究——以元阳哈尼梯田景区为例

Study of Development of Ethnic Villages Tourism Based on the Empowerment Theory— A Case Study of the Scenic Area of Hani Terrace in Yuan Yang

增权是促进民族地区旅游发展公平性和可持续性的有效途径。以"增权"为核心的"增权理论"对提高民族当地居民参与积极性、保障他们在旅游发展中受益具有重要的借鉴意义,为民族村寨旅游发展提供新的思路与模式。以元阳哈尼梯田景区为研究对象,对其民族村寨旅游进行调研,分析旅游发展过程中村民利益失衡、受损情况,并就增权理论在民族村寨旅游中的应用进行思考,提出民族寨村民制度、社会、心理和经济增权的措施建议。

Empowerment is an effective way to promote fairness and sustainability of tourism development. The ＂empowerment theory＂ with ＂empowerment＂ as the core, can help improve local residents＇ participation and protect their benefits in tourism development, thus it provides a new idea and model for the development of ethnic villages tourism. Based on the case of the scenic area of Hani Terrace in Yuan yang, this paper makes an investigation of the ethnic villages tourism and analyzes the imbalance and loss of interests suffered by the villagers. It also studies the application of empowerment theory in the tourism of ethnic villages. Finally, the paper suggests some measures of empowerment in system, society, psychology and economy for villagers in eth- nic minorities areas.
