动物饲料中玉米赤霉烯酮的检测方法 被引量:2

摘要 玉米赤霉烯酮(Zearalenone,简称ZEN)亦称F-2毒素,其来源于赤霉病的玉米。ZEN产毒菌有三线镰刀菌()、禾谷镰刀菌()等。玉米赤霉烯酮具有雌激素作用,可致使畜禽急性、慢性中毒,造成畜禽繁殖机能异常,严重者引起死亡,给畜牧业带来严重的经济损失。本文阐述当前饲料中玉米赤霉烯酮的检测方法。
