穴位埋线治疗对原发性高血压患者内皮功能的影响

Effect of treatment on endothelial function in patients with essential hypertension by acupoint catgut embedding

摘要 目的通过检测内皮损伤标志物一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hsCRP),观察穴位埋线治疗对原发性高血压患者内皮功能的影响。方法收集100例原发性高血压患者,分为对照组、实验组各50例。对照组给予单纯西药洛汀新治疗,实验组在对照组基础上联合穴位埋线治疗,穴位埋线疗程约3个月。观察2组治疗前后内皮损伤标志物:ET-1、NO、hsCRP水平。另外收集50例健康者检测ET-1、NO、hsCRP。结果原发性高血压患者与健康组ET-1、NO、hsCRP结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);原发性高血压患者实验组与对照组治疗前后ET-1、NO、hsCR结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组ET-1、NO、hsCRP结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论原发性高血压患者存在内皮功能损伤,穴位埋线治疗对原发性高血压患者内皮功能有显著改善作用。 Objective To observe the effect of acupoint catgut embedding therapy on endothelial function in patients with essen- tial hypertension trough detecting the endothelial injury markers of nitric oxide( NO), endothelin - 1 ( ET - 1 ), high sensitive C reactive protein(hsCRP). Methods 100 cases of essential hypertension were collected and divided into control group and ex- perimental group with 50 cases in each group. The control group were treated with western medicine lotensin, while the experi- mental group were treated with acupoint catgut embedding based on the control group, and acupoint catgut embedding therapy continued for about 3 months. Endothelial injury markers : ET - 1, NO, hsCRP levels of the two groups were observed before and after treatment. And the results of ET - 1, NO, hsCRP from 50 healthy person Were collected . Results The differences of ET - 1, NO, hsCRP between essential hypertension patients and healthy controls were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 ) ; the differences of ET - 1, NO and hsCRP in the experimental group of essential hypertension patients results and the control group before and after treatment were statistically significant( P 〈 0.05 ) ; after treatment, the differences of ET - 1, NO, hsCRP of the two groups were statistically significant(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Acupoint Catgut Embedding therapy has significant effect on improving endothelial function in patients with essential hypertension.
