一起疑似副溶血性弧菌食物中毒流行病学调查 被引量:5

An epidemiological investigation of food poisoning probably caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus

摘要 目的分析此次食物中毒的原因和可疑危险因素,提出合理的预防控制建议,同时探讨该起食物中毒调查处置情况。方法通过现场流行病学和实验室检测分析事件的原因和可疑危险因素。结果本次食物中毒患者26例,男女性别比为1∶1.17,平均年龄为30.32岁,发病潜伏期中位数为7 h;症状以腹痛、腹泻、恶心、呕吐为主,乏力、发热、头痛和头晕等偶发;8份患者粪便样本和2份食品样本检出副溶血性弧菌。结论该事件为一起疑似副溶血性弧菌食物中毒事件,引发食品可能为花蛤和蛏子,建议开展相关食品安全和卫生知识的宣传教育,督促餐饮机构提高自我管理能力,增强责任意识,防止类似事件再次发生。 Objective To analyze the causes and suspicious risk factors of a food poisoning, in order to put forward reasonable suggestions and to explore the disposal of this food poisoning. Methods Using the ways of epidemiological method and labora- tory testing to analyze the causes and suspicious risk factors of this incident. Results There are 26 cases in this food poison- ing, and sex ratio of male to female is 1 : 1.17. The average age is 30.32, and the median incubation period is 7 h. The major symptoms included abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting, and the incidental symptoms consist of fatigue, fever, headache and dizzinessetc. Vibrio parahaernolyticus were detected in 8 feces and 2 food samples. Conclusion This food poi- soning was cased by Vibrio parahaemolyticus probably. And the suspected foods may be clam and razo. It is suggested to launch propaganda and education about the knowledge of food safety and hygiene, push catering establishments to improve self manage- ment and responsibility, in order to prevent the similar incidents from happening again.
