摘要
东汉末年三国鼎立,蜀汉的开创者刘备白手起家,先后夺取荆州与益州,并在此基础之上在中国西南地区建立政权。与曹魏、孙吴分庭抗礼。刘备是中国历史成功创业的典型个例,其创业初期对于人才的选用,颇有值得后来者借鉴与学习之处。企业之间的竞争可谓人才之竞争,只有最大限度地发挥出人才才干的一方才能终将取得胜利。然而"知人"不易,"善用"更是难事。刘备正是在选贤、任人、待人上发挥了卓越的才能,才取得了胜利。刘备个人魅力的主要特点是性格上的"仁",在人际交往中又秉持"义",他求贤若渴,以民为本的主要施政纲领也与很多有志于当世的人才观点相同,在某种程度上说,刘备是中国封建时代能够为人民利益考虑的"好皇帝"。
At the end of Eastern Han Dynasty, the country was ridden with warlordism and political corruption. The feudal warlords all scrambled for the throne. Liu Bei, from nothing to conquering Jingzhou and Yizhou, and to defeating Cao Wei and Sun Wu to finally establish Shu Han regime, set a successful example to start from scratch. How he used talented people is also worth learning. Nowadays, the competition among enterprises is about talented people. Only those who can make the most use of their employees would achieve victory. However, it is difficult to know about people and even more difficult to employ them well. The secret of Liu Bei's success lied in here. First,he was very generous and kind, with great vision and inspiration. Second,he was also eager to seek talents and adopted people's oriented theory. To most people, he was a "good emperor" and a hero in feudal society
