盐酸氨溴索在COPD合并肺部感染患者中的应用效果

Study on the effect of Ambroxol hydrochloride in patients with COPD complicated with pulmonary infection

目的探讨盐酸氨溴索在COPD合并肺部感染患者中的应用效果。方法选取2013年9月~2016年9月我院内科确诊收治的COPD合并肺部感染患者112例,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各56例。对照组患者采取常规对症治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上给予盐酸氨溴索进行治疗,观察并对比两组患者的治疗效果及不良反应。结果观察组患者总有效率为91.1%,显著高于对照组的78.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者的临床肺部感染评分(CPIS)较治疗前均有不同程度的下降,而观察组治疗后的CPIS评分明显低于对照组,观察组患者临床症状改善时间及住院时间也明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 COPD合并肺部感染患者应用盐酸氨溴索治疗效果显著,能有效改善患者临床症状,促进患者早日康复,并且不良反应少安全性好,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of Ambroxol hydrochloride in patients with COPD complicated with pul- monary infection.Methods 112 patients with COPD complicated with pulmonary infection in our hospital from September 2013 to September 20,16 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group with 56 cases.Pa- tients in the control group were treated by conventional symptomatic treatment,patients in the observation group were treated with ambroxol hydrochloride on the basis of routine treatment.The therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The total efficiency of the observation group was 91.1% ,signifi- cantly higher than the control group （78.6%）,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.O5）.After treatment, CPIS score of patients in the two groups was significantly decreased compared with before treatment, and the CPIS score of treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the clinical symptoms improved time and hospi- talization time of patients in the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, the differ- ences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride has significant curative effect in patients with COPD combined with pulmonary infection, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, promote the early recovery of pa- tients, with less adverse reactions and safety, and has a high clinical value.
