硫普罗宁联合拉米夫定治疗肺结核合并慢性乙型肝炎的效果

Effect of Tiopronin combined with Lamivudine in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with chronic hepatitis B

目的分析硫普罗宁联合拉米夫定治疗肺结核合并慢性乙型肝炎的作用。方法随机选取我院2015年7月~2016年1月收治的87例肺结核合并慢性乙肝的患者,按照临床治疗方案及用药不同分为实验组与对照组,对照组40例给予抗结核联合保肝药物的2HTELfx/4HT治疗方案,实验组47例在对照组治疗基础上给予硫普罗宁联合拉米夫定,比较两组患者治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果实验组临床治疗效果明显优于对照组(95.8%vs.82.5%,P<0.05),实验组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(10.5%vs.20.0%,P<0.05)。结论肺结核合并慢性乙型肝炎患者在采用2HTELfx/4HT治疗方案的同时辅以硫普罗宁联合拉米夫定治疗能有效提高临床治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the effect of Tiopronin combined with Lamivudine in the treatment of pulmonary tu- berculosis complicated with chronic hepatitis B.Methods 87 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis associated with chronic hepatitis B in our hospital from July 2016 to january 2017 were randomly selected according to clinical treatment and different therapy, all patients were divided into experimental group and control group, 40 patients in control group were given anti tuberculosis drugs combined with liver 2FITELfx/4HT treatment,47 patients of experimental group was given Tiopronin combined with Lamivudine with conventional treatment scheme in the treatment of patients,the incidence of adverse reactions and the effects were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical treatment effect of the ex- perimental group was better than that of the control group（95.8% vs. 82.5%,P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （10.5% vs. 20.0%,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Combination of tiopronin and Lamivudine with 2HTELfx/4HT in the treatment of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with chronic hepatitis B can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions such as nausea,vomiting,rash and skin pruritus.
