摘要
妊娠呕吐属于早孕反应的正常现象,但如果呕吐频繁且严重,会引起水电解质等出现紊乱,严重者会出现神志改变,继发韦尼克脑病甚至死亡。本院收治了1例妊娠剧吐伴韦尼克脑病的患者,经过合理有效的治疗以及精心护理(密切观察患者的病情变化,给予患者饮食及活动、休息、安全、心理等方面的指导与护理),患者恢复良好,康复出院。
Normal pregnancy vomiting belongs to early pregnancy reaction,but if frequent vomiting and severe,can cause the water electrolyte disorder,severe cases will be changes in consci0usness,secondary Wernicke encephalopathy and death.Our hospital treated one patient who had hyperemesis gravidarum with Wernicke encephalopathy,through reasonable and effective therapeutic treatment and careful nursing （having the patient＇s condition changes under obser- vation all the time,giving the patient guidance and nursing on diet,activities,rest,safety and mentality）,the patient left the hospital with good recovery.
