优质护理对急性心肌梗死并发心律失常保守治疗患者的影响

Influence of high quality nursing on patients received expectant treatment with AMI and arrhythmia

目的探讨优质护理对急性心肌梗死并发心律失常保守治疗患者的影响。方法选取我院2015年2月~2016年2月收治的急性心肌梗死并发心律失常保守治疗患者80例,依据护理措施不同分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规护理措施,观察组采用优质护理,比较两组患者卧床时间、住院时间和住院费用、心律失常复发率、心功能分级情况及临床疗效。结果观察组患者卧床时间[(2.8±0.5)d]、住院时间[(12.5±1.5)d]短于对照组[(5.5±1.1)、(18.2±2.0)d],住院费用[(5230.5±626.9)元]低于对照组[(7000.8±620.3)元],心律失常复发率(10%)低于对照组(60%),心功能分级优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理在急性心肌梗死并发心律失常保守治疗患者中应用,可以降低住院时间、费用和心律失常复发率,提高临床疗效和心功能分级,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the influence of high quality nursing on patients received expectant treatment with AMI and arrhythmia.Methods 80 patients received expectant treatment with AMI and arrhytbmia in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to different nursing methods,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was given the routine nursing,while the control group was given the high quality nursing.The bed rest time,hospital stays,hospitalization expenses,arrhythmia re- currence rate,cardiac functional grading,clinical effects were compared between two groups.Results The bed rest time [（2.8±0.5）d] and hospital stays [（ 12.5±1.5）d] in the observation group were Shorter than those in the control group [（5.5± 1.1 ）, （18.2±2.0）d],the hospitalization expenses [（5230.5±626.9）yuan] was less than that in the control group [（7000.8± 620.3）Yuan],arrhythmia recurrence rate （10%） was lower than in the control group （60%）,cardiac functional grading were better than in the control group,and the differences were statistically signiflcant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The applica- tion of AMI with arrhythmia for expectant treatment by high quality nursing,which could decrease hospital stays,ex- penses and arrhythmia recurrence rate,increase clinical effects and cardiac functional grading, it is worth to be used.
