OB卫生棉条在直肠阴道瘘临床护理应用中的价值分析

Analysis of effect of application of OB tampon in clinical nursing of rectovaginal fistula

目的探讨OB卫生棉条在直肠阴道瘘患者临床护理中的应用价值。方法选取2014年3月~2016年7月在我科行直肠阴道瘘治疗的42例患者,随机分为对照组(n=20)与观察组(n=22),对照组行常规基础护理,观察组在对照组基础上使用OB卫生棉条的护理干预,比较两组患者在住院治疗期间会阴部皮肤完整程度、破损皮肤愈合时间及复发率、会阴部平均护理次数以及并发症发生率。结果观察组患者会阴部皮肤完整程度高于对照组,破损皮肤愈合时间短于对照组,会阴部平均护理次数少于对照组,皮肤破损复发率及并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 OB卫生棉条在提高直肠阴道瘘临床护理质量中有一定的价值,有利于提高患者的生活质量水平,值得在临床应用中推广。

Objective To explore the effect of application of OB tampon in clinical nursing of rectovaginal fistula.Meth- ods 42 patients with rectovaginal fistula treated in Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery in our hospital from March 2014 to July 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group （n=20） and the observation group （n=22）. The control group were received routine nursing,while the observation group were accepted nursing intervention with t OB tampon on the basis of the control group.The integrity of perineal skin,the healing time and recurrence rate of dam- aged skin,the number of skin care in the pubic area and the incidence of complication were compared between two groups during hospitalization.Results The integrity of perineal skin was higher than that in the control group,the healing time of damaged skin was shorter than that in the control group,the number of skin care in the pubic area was smaller than that in the control group,the recurrence rate of damaged skin and the_ incidence of complication were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion OB tampon has certain ef- fectiveness in improving the clinical nursing quality of rectovaginal fistula, and it is beneficial to improve the quality of patients＇life, which is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
