滚轮轴承的载荷参数及其计算方法

Load Parameters of Track Roller Bearings and Their Calculation Method

针对国内对滚轮轴承的承载能力和载荷参数缺乏足够认识的问题,介绍了滚轮轴承的载荷参数,回顾了常规向心滚子轴承基本额定动、静载荷的计算方法,讨论了滚轮轴承有效额定载荷和最大允许载荷的计算方法。通过对国外样本数据的分析反推得到NUTR系列滚轮轴承的载荷范围角和载荷分布参数,给出了滚轮轴承外圈弹性弯曲变形量的计算方法和试验验证方法,从而可求得滚轮轴承的载荷参数。

Focusing on lack of sufficient awareness for carrying capacity and load parameters of the track roller bearings in China, based on introducing load parameters of track roller bearings, the calculation method is reviewed for basic ra- ted dynamic and static load of conventional radial roller bearing, and the calculation method is discussed for rated load and maximum allowable load of track roller bearing . Through the analysis of the foreign sample data, the load range angle and load distribution parameters of NUTR track roller bearings are obtained, the calculation method and test veri- fication method are presented for elastic bending deformation of the outer ring bf the bearings, from which the load pa- rameters of the bearings can be obtained.
