摘要 介绍了球笼式等速万向节钟形壳的结构及沟道曲率中心、内球面球心位置和偏心距的计算方法,推导出沟道及内球面球心位置偏差与测量示值的函数关系,并据此函数关系设计了检测仪,阐述了其测量原理及操作方法,为球笼式等速万向节各零件球面曲率中心位置的检测提供理论依据。 The structure and calculation method for groove curvature center, sphere center position of internal spherical surface and eccentricity are introduced for bell - shaped shell of rezppa constant velocity universal joints. The functional relation between deviation of raceway and sphere center position of internal spherical surface and measuring value, and the detecting device is desngned. The measuring principle and operation method are described, which provide a theoret- ical basis for detection of spherical curvature center position of each part of rezppa constant velocity universal joints.
