摘要 根据液氧煤油发动机用重型轴承的技术参数及使用工况,进行了试验机总体结构的设计,并通过设计计算与计算机仿真完成了重型轴承试验机的设计。经过多次常温和低温运转试验,该重型轴承试验机运转情况良好,能够满足重型轴承的试验要求,证明了设计的合理性。 According to the technical parameters and operating conditions of the heavy bearings used in the liquid oxy- gen/kerosene engine, the overall structure of the tester is designed. The design of the heavy bearing tester is completed through the design calculation and computer simulation. The heavy bearing tester successfully completes several times at room temperature and low temperature experiment, and the operation is good, meeting the test requirements for heavy bearings, proving the reasonability of design.
