基于心智模型的智能POS用户界面设计方法研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探求基于心智模型理论的智能POS用户界面设计方法。方法以心智模型理论研究为基础,结合人对外界刺激的认知存在同化和顺应的特点,分析心智模型理论在智能POS用户界面设计中的应用可行性和优势,总结用户心智模型的研究方法和内容,提出基于心智模型理论的智能POS用户界面设计方法与原则。结论满足商业活动需要,符合用户心智模型的智能POS用户界面设计,可有效借助用户已有认知和经验,降低学习成本,提升用户界面的可用性和用户体验。 Objective: This study aims to investigate the appropriate methods to design Smart POS user interface based on Mental Model. Method: On the basis of the existing research and the process of cognitive assimilation and accommodation, it analyzes the feasibility and strength of the Smart POS user interface grounded on the Mental Model Theory. And it analyzes and concludes the research methodology and the content of user mental model. Then it proposes the methods and principles to design Smart POS user interface. Conclusion: The Smart POS user interface which meets the needs of business activities and conforms to the user mental model, can remarkably reduce the learning costs by what they have known and experienced. Also it can improve the availability of user interface and user experience.
