论现代商业综合体配套景观的新模式——以六本木Hills为例

A NEW MODEL THAT STATES THE MODERN COMMERCIAL SYNTHESIS WITH LANDSCAPE——TAKE THE ROPPONGI HILLS

随着中国经济的迅猛发展和人们生活品质的提高,为顺应商业多元化的发展需求,商业综合体这一新的商业模式给城市建设带来了巨大的变化。它的横空出世,改善了城市用地需求的问题,缓解了因城市进程的加快带来的影响,提高了市民的生活质量,顺应了市场的新趋势。配套景观延续商业综合体内部的有机环境,它不仅为整个商业综合体空间带来了全新改变,还让城市的文化品位与现代生活情趣更有韵味。本文以东京六本木Hills综合体为例,分析其配套景观对人性化理念的设计,对传统文化元素的传承以及对垂直庭院的的运用等。

The development of Chinese economy has increased rapidly and resulted in the improvement of people＇s life quality. In order to conform to the demand of the development of business diversification, therefore, the commercial synthesis in the city is the business model which has became a new favor of the public construction. When the commercial synthesis had appeared, not only has changed the life＇s style of the urban inhabitant and accommodated the concerns developing with the time, but also it has increased the efficiency of the urban using the land, and improved the ＂metropolis disease＂ problems which the urbanization had affected. The organic environment that the supporting landscape has continued the commercial synthesis inside. It does change not only the whole commercial synthesis space but also creates more and more interest of lingering charm to the cultural taste of the city and the modern lifestyle. This paper is to take the Roppongi Hills synthesis in Tokyo as an example, according to the new pattern of the supporting landscape in the commercial synthesis, and analyze the essence of the design, which is the thinking of the humanized design, the inheritance of the local characteristics and realize the multidimensional of the landscape.
