细节护理在2型糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果

Application efficacy of detail nursing in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的探讨细节护理在2型糖尿病患者的应用效果。方法选取于2015年12月~2016年5月收治的96例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,依据数字随机表法分为两组,均48例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用细节护理。比较两组护理干预后血糖水平及服药依从性。结果护理干预后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平分别为(7.08±1.48)mmol/L、(9.89±1.63)mmol/L、(6.42±1.36)%,均明显低于对照组(8.36±1.53)mmol/L、(11.63±1.57)mmol/L、(7.63±1.51)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者服药依从性(95.83%)明显高于对照组(72.92%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对2型糖尿病患者采用细节护理干预,可显著降低患者血糖水平,提高服药依从性,促进患者身体恢复,优势显著,具有临床推广意义。

Objective To explore the effect of detail nursing in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 96 pa- tients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted in our hospital from December 2015 to May 2016 were selected and ran- domly divided into two groups based on the digital random tine care,while the patients in the observation group were table method.Patients in the control group were given rou- given the detail nursing intervention based on the control group.The blood glucose level and medication compliance were compared between two groups.Results The levels of fasting plasma glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose and HbAlc in the observation group [（7,08±1.48） mmol/L,（9.89± 1.63） mmol/L and （6.42±1.36）%] were lower than those in the control group [（8.36±1.53） mmol/L,（11.63±1.57） mmol/L, （7.63±1.51）%];the compliance of the patients in the observation group （95.83%） was significantly higher than that in the control group （72.92%）,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The use of detailed nursing in- tervention in patients with type 2 diabetes can significantly reduce blood sugar levels,improve medication compliance, and promote the recovery of patients;the advantages are significant.It is worthy of clinical application
