摘要
在转型社会中高校教育管理者的职业心理应激问题较为普遍,需要引起重视。运用应用心理学的基本原理,在职业应激源结构模型中为高校教育管理者的心理应激源结构进行调查问卷设计。结合调查问卷的实证数据,对其进行因子要素提取、综合性分析以及信度和效度的数据模型分析,得出高校教育管理者的职业心理应激源结构主要由"工作压力、人际关系、角色冲突、职业发展和组织规模"组成,对其进行有效检测具有鲜明的实际意义。
Educational administrators, professional psychological stress in higher learning institutions in a society in transition is very common, which should deserve our attention. Using the basic principles of applied psychol-ogy ,within the structure model of educational administrators, professional psychological stressor, questionnaires were designed for the structure of educational administrators, professional psychological stressor. Based on the empirical data of the questionnaires, element extraction, a comprehensive analysis of the factors and the data model analysis of the reliability and validity were conducted. It was found that stressor structure is mainly com-posed of work - related pressure, interpersonal relationship, role conflicts, career development and organizational scale. To carry out an effective test of this is of practical significance.
