摘要
该文利用理论公式和有限元方法对安溢活门进行密封比压定量计算,有限元方法结果较理论分析更为精确;分析结果表明,安溢活门低压密封的主要影响因素是主阀波纹管长度、阀杆上非金属密封件摩擦力以及密封面宽度;采取措施提高了安溢低压密封性能,提高了安溢活门密封可靠性。
This paper calculated the sealing specific pressure of the relief valve using theoretical equation and FEA method. The results us-ing FEA method are more accurate than that of theoretical method. The results show that the major factors of the sealing specific pressure were the length of corrugated tube, the friction of the seal in the stem and the width of the seal. The improvement measures were proposed for the low pressure seal of relief valve. These measures can improve the reliability of the sealing of relief valve.
