摘要
[目的]探讨跨专业理论教育培训在新护士岗前培训中的应用效果。[方法]将2014年录用的新护士40人作为对照组,2015年录用的新护士42人作为研究组,对照组采用传统的岗前培训方法,研究组在传统的岗前培训的基础上增加跨专业理论教育,比较两组护士的床边护理综合能力和核心能力。[结果]培训3个月后,研究组新护士床边护理综合能力得分(85.36±7.31)分,核心能力得分(165.98±29.01)分,对照组新护士床边护理综合能力得分(80.01±7.16)分,核心能力得分(152.43±28.61)分,研究组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]跨专业理论岗前教育能有效提高新护士的床边护理综合能力和核心能力。
Objective:To probe into the application effect of multi-disciplinary theory education training in prejob training of new nurses.Methods:40new nurses recruited in 2014 were as the control group,42 new nurses recruited in 2015 were as the study group,the control group used traditional pre job training methods,on the basis of the traditional pre-job training,the research group increased multi-disciplinary theory education,then compared the bedside nursing comprehensive ability and core competence of the two groups of nurses.Results:After3months of training,the score of study group of new nurses in bedside nursing comprehensive ability(85.36±7.31),core ability score(165.98±29.01),the control group of new nurses in bedside nursing comprehensive ability score(80.01±7.16),core ability score(152.43±28.61),that in the study group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Multi-disciplinary theory education in pre job training could effectively improve the bedside nursing comprehensive ability and core competence of new nurses.
