On the Transformation and Development of Small and Medium Enterprises in Jiangsu with the Core of Supply Side Reform

基于江苏中小企业科技创新现状调查,研究供给侧改革背景下江苏中小企业转型发展的必要性。研究结果表明,目前江苏中小企业存在产能过剩、科技创新能力低、知识产权管理体制欠缺等问题。只有进行人才制度改革、有效保护知识产权,才能更有效地进行科技创新,促进江苏经济持续健康发展。

Based on the investigation of the current situation of science and technology innovation of small and medium enterprises in Jiangsu Province, the necessity of the transformation and development of small and medium sized enterprises in Jiangsu under the background of supply side reform was studied. The results show that the current Jiangsu SMEs have overcapacity, low scientific and technological innovation capacity, lack of intellectual property management system and so on. Only through the reform of the personnel system, the effective protection of intellectual property rights and other measures can more effectively achieve scientific and technological innovation and promote the sustainable development of Jiangsu^s economy.
