高校纸质档案数字化流程研究——以江苏经贸职业技术学院为例

为主动适应"十三五"时期国家档案工作的新要求,高校务必将档案数字化纳入校园信息化建设的核心工作。档案数字化既能有效保护原始档案信息,又能积极提高档案利用率,对高校档案工作转型升级、提质增效有着重要的意义。纸质档案数字化加工,应遵循安全保密原则、重点优先原则和经济适用原则。

In order to take an active approach in suiting the new demands of national archival works during a the 13th Five Years Plan”,the digitization of Paper-based records should be treated as a primary task of college information construction. By storing the files into the information network, the archives can be protected and utilized in a more efficient way, which brings great significance in upgrading archives management in colleges. Three principles should be followed in the digital processing： confidentiality, priority and affordability.
