摘要
在国家军民融合战略的指引下,当前高职院自主培养学生军训教官具备一定的可行性。从组建教导队、锻造战斗队、铸造工作队及塑造宣传队四方面构建高职院学生军训教官的自主培养路径,以期为推动高职院学生军训工作创新发展提供参考。
Under the guidance of the strategy of military and civil Integration, the self-cultivation of military training instructors in vocational and technical colleges has the certain feasibility. Establish the independent training paths from constructing teaching team, forging combat team, casting work team and shaping the propaganda team, in order to provide a new reference to promote the innovative development of higher vocational college students7 military training.
