On the Innovation of Student Party Members Construction in Vocational Colleges

高职院校学生党建工作是学校育人工作的重要环节。通过问卷调查,重点分析高职大学生党员队伍建设中存在的问题,提出从创新发展理念、树立服务意识、创新教育管理、创新制度机制等方面来加强高职院校学生党员队伍建设。

Party-building work of students plays an important part in education. Through the questionnaire survey, this research reveals the deficiency of student Party members construction in higher vocational colleges. In order to enhance Party-building work of students,this article proposes three suggestions including innovating the development concepts, establishing a sense of service, innovating education management and institution.
