甘蔗种输送及甘蔗茎节检测装置设计与研究 被引量:5

摘要 为解决甘蔗预切种种植方式中需要人工切制甘蔗种问题,从甘蔗外表面形态特征入手,设计了一种可自动输送、检测甘蔗茎节的装置。该装置由机架、动力系统、传动系统、甘蔗对中输送机构、甘茎节探测机构、位移传感器、数据采集系统,以及可编程控制器(PLC)控制系统构成。设计并制作了样机,进行了甘蔗输送及甘蔗茎节自动检测试验,试验结果表明,该机构能平稳地输送蔗种并有效地检测出甘蔗种茎节信息,单根蔗种茎节漏检数不超过1个,所有样本蔗种茎节检测的总误差率为4.6%。本文设计的系统,可为自动化单芽段蔗种生产机械的研发提供参考。 In order to solve the problem of manual pre-cutting sugarcane seed,a machine that can be used to automatically convey and detect sugarcane nodes is designed by taking the morphological features of the sugarcane body as the breakthrough. It is comprised of body frame,power system,transmission system, mechanisms for sugarcane centering and conveying mechanical, nodes detecting,displacement sensor,data acquisition system,and programmable logic controller( PLC)controlling system. A prototype has been designed and made,and the sugarcane node detecting experiment has been done. The result shows that this machine can smoothly transfer sugarcane and identify most of its nodes information. For each individual seed-cane,the missed-detection number of sugarcane nodes is less than one,and the total error rate of the sample sugarcane is less than4. 6%. The study can provide a reference for future work of developing single-node sugarcane autoplanting machine.
