摘要
针对目前内燃式烧结砖隧道窑焙烧过程的温度控制主要依赖操作工个人经验,容易导致产品质量不稳定和能耗高等问题,利用隧道窑监控系统中存储的大量历史数据建立了隧道窑焙烧过程的优化模式案例库,采用层次分析法确定各个变量对生产指标所产生影响的加权因子,提出了一种基于案例推理的烧结砖隧道窑焙烧过程优化操作指导方法,并成功应用于广西某烧结砖企业。实际运行结果表明,该系统能够根据生产工况的变化给出合理的优化操作指导建议。该优化操作方法不需建立生产过程的数学模型,也可应用于钢铁、水泥、制糖等行业复杂生产过程的优化问题。
Due to the problem of present temperature control for the roasting process of internal combustion brick tunnel kiln mainly that dependent on operators' experience,and easily lead to product quality instability and high energy consumption,a large number of historical data stored in the monitoring system of the tunnel kiln is used to establish an optimizing pattern case base for the roasting process of tunnel kiln. By adopting analytic hierarchy process to determine the variables' weighting factor that affect the production index,an CBR-based optimization operating method for roasting process is proposed and successfully applied in applied to a brick factory in Guangxi. The result shows that the system can provide the reasonable operation advice according to the change of production conditions. The method does not need to set up mathematical model of the production process and can also applied to the optimization of the complex processes,such as in the steel,cement and sugar industries.
