基于课程地图的应用型人才培养构建——以人力资源管理专业为例 被引量:2

摘要 高校对应用型人才培养的关键在于应当了解对应的行业或者岗位的实际需求,了解企业对于相关应用型人才应具备的素养和能力的要求,从而能够有的放矢地编制符合用人单位实际需求的应用型人才培养计划和方案,由此推进应用型人才培养的教学改革和创新,拉近应用型人才教育与企业实际需求之间的距离。高校要对企业人才需求进行调研,对于现行的人力资源管理专业教学计划和培养方案进行相应的调整,进而绘制出符合行业对于应用型人才素养和能力需求的课程地图,使应用型高校的学生可以基于课程地图进行未来职业生涯发展路线的规划。
