2010年以来河南省土地流转研究综述

A Summary of Land Circulation of Henan Province Since 2010

土地流转是农村改革发展过程中非常重要的一环,也是学者理论研究的热点。2010年以来,有诸多学者从不同的角度对河南省土地流转过程中出现的问题进行了研究,也为促进其顺利进行提供了有效的建议。这些研究形成的成果在一定程度上解决了土地流转过程中出现的问题,但面对土地流转过程中出现的农民户籍问题、土地承包经营期限问题等,研究成果尚显不足,仍需更加强这方面的研究。

As an important part of rural development and reform, land circulation has become a hot topic of many scholars. Since 2010, many scholars have studied from different angles the problems occurring during the land cir-culation in Henan Province, and provided effective suggestions for the process of a smooth land circulation. The re-sults of these studies have solved to a certain extent the problems in the process of land circulation. However, the solution to the problems about the land property relations during land circulation, the rights and interests of migrant workers in the city, the duration of land contract management etc. , are still deficient in research results and further require the researches to be enhanced on these issues.
