基于AVR的多路多段智能温度控制器设计

摘要 针对目前温度仪表控制功能的单一性,设计的多路多段智能温度控制器以AVR单片机ATmega128为控制核心,主要实现多路温度控制、单路多段温度控制及多路多段温度控制等功能。使用键盘和LCD液晶显示器组成人机交互系统,采取中文菜单方式设置多路多段温度和时间参数,采用Fuzzy-PID控制策略,提高温度控制的准确性。实验结果表明,设计的控制器运行稳定,控制的温度和时间准确。 This paper designs a new multi-channel and multi-segment intelligent temperature controller based on AVR single chip microcomputer due to the existing temperature controllers have sole function.The system controlled by Atmega 128 MCU to realize multi-channel temperature control,single-channel and multi-segment temperature control, multi-channel and multi-segment temperature control and other functions. The man-machine system consists of keyboard and L C D 19264 display,which sets multi-channel and multi-segment temperature and time parameters using Chinese menu. In addition,the system adopts fuzzy-PID control strategy to improve the accuracy of temperature control. The experimental result shows the designed controller runs stably and controls temperature and time accurately.
