摘要
校内生产性实训是高职实训教学的重要形式,为更好提升实训质量,山东旅游职业学院烹饪专业创新引入"现代学徒制",改革原有校内生产性实训模式。介绍了校内生产性实训模式创新探索过程,并对此进行初步总结。
Production training on campus is an important mode of higher vocational education. In order to improve the quality of production training on campus, Shandong College of Tourism and Hospitality reforms the for-mer mode by integration of Modern apprenticeship and the former production training on campus. This paper sum-marizes and introduces the implementation process of the innovative exploration.
