摘要
目的分析在严重精神障碍患者康复过程中给予多元化健康教育的应用效果。方法采用随机数字表法将90例严重精神障碍患者分为研究组、对照组,研究组给予多元化健康教育,对照组给予常规教育。在不同时段对两组患者进行NOSIE评分,观察两组恢复效果。结果研究组入院时、3月后的NOSIE评分与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组6、9、12个月后NOSIE评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对严重精神障碍患者实施多元化健康教育提高患者对疾病知识知晓率,缓解负面情绪,有利于患者的康复。
Objective To analyze the rehabilitation effect of multiple health education in patients with severe mental disorders.Methods 90 cases of patients with severe mental disorder were randomly divided into two groups,the research group adopted the multiple health education,while the control group adopted the routine education,and both groups were given the NOSIE score at different time periods,and the recovery effect of the two groups was observed.Results There were no obvious differences in the NOSIE scores at admission and after 3 months between the two groups(P>0.05),and the NOSIE scores after 6 months,9 months and 12 months were obviously better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of multiple health education for patients with severe mental disorder can improve the awareness rate of disease,relieve the negative emotion,which is conducive to the recovery of patients.
