摘要 在医院门诊患者的就诊流程中,挂号和缴费占用了患者大量的时间和精力。"三长一短"的问题日益困扰着医院的门诊就诊质量和门诊次序。随着互联网应用中及时通讯和手机端支付的成熟发展,利用微信、支付宝等互联网手段配合医院的自助设备,新的门诊就医流程正在日趋成熟。该院门诊患者长期出现挂号、收费排大队的情况,通过引入微信、支付宝等在线挂号和支付,同时搭配能够读取医保卡的自助终端,减少了患者用于排队等候的时间,优化了门诊流程,提升了门诊满意度。 In the medical course of outpatients,registration and payment account for a large amount of time and energy of patients,'three longs and one short' issue has ever-increasingly troubled the hospital outpatient quality and outpatient order,with the application of the internet and development of real-time communication and mobile payment,the new outpatient medical process is increasingly mature by wechat,alipay and hospital self-service equipment,and the registration and payment issue has been in our hospital for a long time,and online registration and payment such as wechat and alipay and self-service terminal that can read the medical card can reduce the waiting time of patients,optimize the outpatient course and improve the outpatient satisfactory degree.
