全国技能大赛对医学生临床技能培养的作用

Effect of National Professional Skill Competition on the Clinical Skill Cultivation of Medical Students

目的探析全国技能大赛的对医学生临床技能培养的促进作用。方法选取2015年10月—2016年4月在该院接受全国技能大赛培训的20名在校学生,采用自制问卷调查法对比赛前后学生的各项临床技能评分及有关情况进行调查统计,以分析全国技能大赛对医学生临床技能培养的作用影响。结果 20名参加全国技能大赛实习培训的学生中,4名学生作为代表参与全国高等医学院校大学生西南西北赛区比赛,最终获得二等奖。此外,调查显示,赛前学生各项临床技能操作评分为(72.3±5.6)分,赛后各项临床技能操作评分为(96.7±8.9)分,提升变化明显,且实习培训前后学生各项临床技能学习兴趣与积极性变化明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全国技能大赛对医学生临床技能的培养提升,具有一定的积极促进作用。

Objective To study the promotion effect of national professional skill competition on the clinical skill cultivation of medical students.Methods 20 students receiving the national professional skill competition in our hospital from October2015 to April 2016 were selected and the various clinical skill score and related situation before and after competition were surveyed by the self-made questionnaires in order to analyze the effect of national professional skill competition on the clinical skill cultivation of medical students.Results Of the 20 students,4 student representatives participated in the Southwest and Northwest region and finally obtained the second prize,besides,the investigation showed that various clinical skill operation score before the competition and after completion was respectively(72.3±5.6)points and(96.7±8.9)points,and the improvement was obvious,and the changes of various clinical skill learning interest and enthusiasms before and after practice and training were obvious and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The national professional skill competition has a certain promotion effect on the culture and improvement of clinical skills of medical students.
