跌倒风险分级管理在康复科患者护理管理中的应用

Application of Falling Risk Classification Management in the Nursing Management of Patients in the Department of Rehabilitation

目的分析研究跌倒风险分级管理在康复科患者护理管理中应用的效果及实践性。方法随机抽取2015年10月—2016年10月在该院康复科住院治疗的患者共101例,将其按照住院时间先后分为对照组56例,观察组45例。给予对照组患者常规护理,而观察组患者则是为跌到风险分级管理。观察记录并比较分析两组的护理效果。结果观察组中对预防跌倒的相关知识的掌握情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组相比,跌倒的人数以及高危跌倒的人数明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的患者及其家属对护理的满意程度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在康复科护理管理中应用结合跌到风险分级管理,能够极大地促进掌握预防跌倒的相关知识,减少患者跌倒的发生,最大程度上满足患者的需要,使得满意度明显提高。

Objective To analyze the application effect and practice of falling risk classification management in the nursing management of patients in the department of rehabilitation.Methods 101 cases of patients in our hospital from October2015 to October 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to the admission order,the control group with 56 cases adopted the routine nursing,while the observation group with 45 cases adopted the falling risk classification management,and the nursing effect of the two groups was observed and analyzed.Results The mastery condition of related knowledge of predictive falling in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the falling number and high-risk falling number obviously decreased(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant,and the nursing satisfactory degree of patients and their family was obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of falling risk classification management in the nursing management in the department of rehabilitation can greatly promote the mastery of related knowledge of predicting falling,reduce the occurrence of falling and greatly meet the demands of patients and obviously improve the satisfactory degree.
