摘要
目的探析护士长加强人性化管理对提高护理人员护理质量的有效性。方法该院护士长自2016年1月开始加强人性化管理干预,以2016年1月前所收集到的数据作为实施人性化管理前的研究数据,以2016年1月后收集到的数据作为实施人性化管理后的研究数据,对比实施前、实施后的护理质量评分、患者护理满意率。共调查41名在岗护理人员与300例住院患者。结果护士长实施人性化管理措施后,其沟通能力、职业素质、技术操作以及护理文书等护理质量评分相对于实施前来说,明显提高(P<0.05);实施前、实施后患者对护理工作的满意率分别为83.33%、98.33%,实施后患者护理满意率明显提高(P<0.05)。结论护士长在护理人员的日常工作中加强人性化管理,可提高护理质量评分、提高患者满意率、降低护理操作失误率、降低护理投诉,可全面推广于医院管理工作中。
Objective To study the effectiveness of enhancing the humanistic management by the head nurses on the nurs-ing quality of nursing staff. Methods The humanistic management intervention had been enhanced since January 2016 in our hospital, 41 cases of nurses on guard and 300 cases of inpatients were surveyed, and the nursing quality score and nursing satisfactory rate before and after the implementation of humanistic management (January 2016) were compared. Results The data showed that after the implementation, the communication ability, professional quality, technical operation and nursing document and other nursing quality scores were obviously improved compared with those before the implementation (P 〈0.05), and the satisfactory rate to the nursing work of patients before and after the implementation was respectively 83.33% and 98.33%, and the nursing satisfactory rate was obviously improved compared with that before the implementation(P 〈0.05). Conclusion Enhancing the humanistic management in the daily work of nursing staff by the head nurses can improve the nursing quality score, improve the satisfactory rate, reduce the nursing operation error rate and reduce the nursing compliant rate, which can be comprehensively promoted in the hospital management.
