耳穴压豆干预产后宫缩痛产妇康复情况调查

Investigation of Rehabilitation Situation of Auricular Points Plaster Therapy Intervention in Delivery Women with Uterine Contraction Pain after Delivery

目的分析耳穴压豆在产后宫缩痛产妇中的应用效果。方法选取2015年6月—2016年6月160例医院产科收治产后宫缩痛产妇作为观察对象,按照数字表法随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各80例。对照组采取常规镇痛方法,观察组在对照组的基础上加入耳穴压豆。比较两组产妇的临床疗效、治疗前后VAS评分、疼痛持续时间和发作次数。结果观察组在各方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论耳穴压豆在产后宫缩痛的临床干预中具有较好的应用效果,能够有效缓解产妇的宫缩痛症状,同时能够缩短疼痛持续时间和发作次数,值得在临床中推广使用。

Objective To analyze the application effect of Auricular points plaster therapy in the delivery women with uter-ine contraction pain after delivery. Methods 160 cases of patients with uterine contraction pain after delivery admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 80 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine anesthesia method, while the observation group adopted the auricular points plaster therapy on the basis of the control group, and the cl inical curative effect, VAS scores, pains duration and attack fre-quency were compared between the two groups. Results Various scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of rehabilitation situation of Auricular points plaster therapy intervention in delivery women with uterine contraction pain after delivery is better, which can effectively relieve the uterine contraction pain symptoms of delivery women and shorten the pains duration and attack frequency, which is worth clinical promotion and application.
